Refund Policy

1. Returns of Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your physical product within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, in accordance with current legislation (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code).

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.
  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

Return Procedure:

  • Contact us at contact@fairstyl.com to inform us of your return request.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
  • Upon receipt of the product and verification of its condition, we will proceed with your refund.

2. Refunds for Physical Products

Once the returned product has been inspected, we will send you a confirmation email informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the credit card or original payment method used at the time of purchase within 7 to 14 days after approval.

3. Digital Files

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, digital files (MP3, MP4, PDFs) are non-refundable once they have been downloaded by the customer.

However, BestKdo offers the possibility to request a limited number of free revisions if you are not satisfied with the initially delivered digital product. For any claims or revision requests, please contact us at contact@fairstyl.com.

4. Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective product or if we have made an error in your order, you also have a 14-day period to notify us and request an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Exceptions

Some products cannot be returned, especially personalized products created specifically for you, except in cases of defects or errors in the order.
